Accra, Ghana – Jacqueline Oppong Mensah, Chief Executive Officer of VITO S-Class Services Ltd., is spearheading a technology-driven transformation aimed at modernising vehicle inspection services and improving road safety across Ghana.
As the transport sector increasingly adopts digital innovation, Mrs Oppong Mensah is positioning VITO S-Class, a Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA)-authorised Private Vehicle Testing Station (PVTS), as a leader in delivering efficient, transparent and data-driven vehicle inspection services.

Under her leadership, the company has invested in advanced German testing equipment, fully automated computer-based inspection lanes and a robust Vehicle Inspection Management System (VIMS). The enterprise platform digitises the inspection process, provides real-time data management and minimises human interference by ensuring inspections are based on objective technical data.
Speaking on the company’s vision, Mrs Oppong Mensah said technology should serve motorists while enhancing public safety.
“At VITO S-Class Services Ltd., our goal is to make vehicle inspection more accurate, efficient and transparent. By combining modern automated testing equipment with our Vehicle Inspection Management System, we are reducing human interference and ensuring that every inspection is driven by objective data and the highest standards of road safety.”
The company is also developing an AI Voice Assistant designed to support staff, assist customers and provide instant access to vehicle inspection information, further enhancing customer experience.
Another milestone under her leadership is the establishment of the DVLA Ultra Center at Dome, which will offer a wide range of services including vehicle registration, driver’s licence issuance and renewals, international driving permits, replacements and roadworthiness certification.
The initiative is expected to improve accessibility, reduce congestion at traditional DVLA offices and eliminate the need for middlemen, allowing motorists to receive services in a more convenient and transparent environment.
