MTN Ghana Rewards First Three MTN@30 Winners With Brand-New Toyota Land Cruiser Prados

Accra, August 14, 2026 — MTN Ghana has rewarded the first three winners of its MTN@30 Anniversary Promotion with brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prados as the telecommunications company celebrates 30 years of connecting and serving customers across Ghana.

The awards ceremony, held at Madina Zongo Junction, forms part of MTN Ghana’s 30th anniversary celebrations under the theme “30 Years of Progress, Powered by You.” The initiative is designed to share the joy of the milestone with customers whose loyalty and trust have contributed to the company’s growth over three decades.

The first three winners are Cephas Kwadwo Mensah Daben from the Oti Region, representing Zone 1; Moses Akowuah from the Western North Region, representing Zone 2; and Musah Aleeba Alenka from the Upper East Region, representing Zone 3.

Under the MTN@30 Promotion, MTN Ghana is rewarding up to 30,000 customers with prizes ranging from brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prados to cash rewards of up to GH¢30,000. MTN Ghana’s official terms state that the promotion runs from June 1 to August 31, 2026, with customers competing through points accumulated from eligible MTN activities.

Nine Toyota Land Cruiser Prados have been allocated as part of the promotion. Following the presentation of the first three vehicles, six additional customers are expected to receive brand-new Prados before the promotion ends in August.

Speaking at the ceremony, MTN Ghana’s Chief Customer Experience Officer, Jemima Kotei Walsh, said the company’s 30th anniversary was an opportunity to express gratitude to the millions of customers whose loyalty has sustained the business.

“For 30 years, Ghanaians have trusted MTN to connect them to the people, opportunities and moments that matter most,” she said, adding that the rewards were MTN’s way of thanking customers for being part of the company’s journey.

Madam Kotei Walsh said MTN Ghana’s story is closely connected to the experiences of its customers, including entrepreneurs, students and families who rely on the company’s services to stay connected and pursue opportunities.

She explained that customers qualify for the promotion through their everyday use of MTN services, including making calls, using data, purchasing bundles and conducting Mobile Money transactions.

Customers who want to monitor their participation can dial *530# to check their zone and accumulated points.

Representing Toyota Ghana, Eugene Adomako congratulated the winners and disclosed that each Toyota Land Cruiser Prado comes with a five-year warranty, while MTN Ghana will cover servicing of the vehicles for one year.

One of the winners, Moses Akowuah, described the prize as a pleasant surprise and expressed appreciation to MTN Ghana for recognising customers through its 30th anniversary celebrations.

“I am grateful to MTN for this opportunity. It is exciting to know that being a loyal customer can lead to something so rewarding. This will make a significant difference for me and my family,” he said.

The MTN@30 Promotion forms part of a broader programme marking MTN Ghana’s 30-year presence in the country. As the promotion continues through August, more customers are expected to receive rewards as MTN Ghana celebrates the people whose loyalty and support have powered its journey.
