The moment quickly generates excitement in Ghana, with local media reporting that the song attracts renewed attention from international audiences following its appearance at the conference. “Ye Wo Krom” is already a major Ghanaian hit and subsequently receives the Hiplife Song of the Year award at the 2016 Ghana Music Awards.
